14-day immersive Qigong Healing Therapy Retreat

June 2026 Trip to China

Please watch this space for more information or contact me for more information.

In June 2026 I will be leading a 18-25 day trip (depending on the option chosen) to China for Chinese medicine practitioners and others. The core experience of the trip will be a 14-day immersive Qigong Healing Therapy Retreat in two locations, the Karst mountains in beautiful Xingping, Guangxi, and Qing Cheng Daoist Holy Mountain in Sichuan Province. Master Yuantong Liu will train us in the Zhineng Qigong methods of using consciousness for healing.

Participants will have the option to spend 4 days in Guangzhou observing doctors in their department of choice at the Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. We will also meet with peers to discuss experiences and challenges using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to hospital and outpatient settings. These dialogues will include both formal presentations and relaxed conversations. This will be a rare opportunity to share the clinical, emotional and practical issues that arise for practitioners of Chinese medicine.

The 14-day training will be based on Yuantong Liu’s  book “Ancient Chinese Qi Medicine: The Secrets for Holistic Health, Well-Being and Modern Life”.
